Founded by Tui Eruera, technology pioneer, investor and two time founder, Tui became frustrated with hearing the same pitch and the same investments being made by VC funds in Australia. Inspired by a recent trip to Israel and Germany, Tui discovered truly innovative solutions for the worlds biggest problems that were not open to Australian investors. This discovery led him to create Launchr, a Consultancy and VC fund focused on finding global opportunities for Australian Investors.

Tui Eruera
Tui has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance & technology sectors. Tui was the co-founder of Livn, an open connectivity hub for creators and sellers of tours and activities for Google which he successfully exited in 2016. Tui also founded the award winning and 2022 AFR Fast Starter Jaaims app, Australia's first AI based portfolio manager for retail clients which manages funds for over 5,000 clients in Australia & New Zealand.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Dinesh Kandiah
An experienced group finance director with a career spanning 18+ years. Dinesh spent 10 years acting as group finance director of iVenture Card International and International College of Management Sydney before joining Launchr. Dinesh is a certified CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting from Macquarie University.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Rachel Harper
20 years experience across Technology, Financial, Legal and Professional Services, Non-Profit, Training including RTOs and Travel & Hospitality. Having worked across The Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific including appointments with Hewlett Packard, Eurostar, Suez Group and Global Business Travel Association. Rachel holds a Bachelor of International Business Management with Honours from Gloucestershire University.
